The Method

One body. one conversation.

01 — Strength

Build

Individualized, periodized programming grounded in real assessment — movement screening, strength testing, and objective progress tracking. The same process I used with Division I programs, scaled to your goals.

02 — Recovery

Restore

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I work with your body hands-on, not just on paper. Recovery isn't an afterthought here — it's programmed with the same intention as your training.

03 — Longevity

Balance

Training and recovery programmed as one plan, by one practitioner — so nothing works against anything else. The goal isn't just your next PR; it's a body that performs for decades.

My Story

From the batter's box to the strength room.

I fell in love with performance as an athlete first. Playing baseball at Hofstra University — where I earned CAA Player of the Week honors while completing my Exercise Science degree cum laude — I learned firsthand how much the right training can transform what your body is capable of. I also learned what happens when recovery gets ignored.

That question — how do you build a body that performs and lasts? — has driven my entire career.

After Hofstra, I trained under some of the best in the country. At the University of Alabama, I assisted with eight NCAA Division I varsity programs and independently wrote the strength programming for Men's Cheer — a team that went on to win the 2015 UCA National Championship. At Manhattan College, I ran strength programs for Division I women's volleyball, lacrosse, and men's and women's soccer, often coaching groups of 35 athletes solo.

Since then I've coached everyone from middle schoolers to collegiate athletes to working adults — through my own practice and at facilities like Chelsea Piers Athletic Club, where I worked alongside a multidisciplinary performance team blending training with therapeutic recovery.

A decade in strength rooms taught me: training is only half the equation. The athletes who thrive long-term recover as intentionally as they train.

So I went deeper. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist to work with the body hands-on, not just program for it — and I continue to advance my education in recovery and integrative wellness. Where most coaches refer you out — to a massage therapist, to a recovery specialist — I address strength and recovery in a single, cohesive relationship. That combination is genuinely rare, and it means your program actually fits together.
